SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR
As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Pool Service in Deventer, you are responsible for guaranteeing data and realizing continuous delivery reliability of CBL kegs in the food industry. Pool Service carries out full packaging management and is operationally responsible for the national flow of CBL packaging.
Your role as Supply Chain Coordinator is very important for this process. You are in daily contact with customers and retailers and you have insight into the stocks in the depots. You analyze deviations and update the forecast for the expected depot stocks. In case of deviations, you switch with customers and advise them to come to the right solution.
Project Coördinator IT (32-40)
We are looking for a driven Project Coördinator IT available 32 - 40 hours per week to support the IT department.
You stand for improving the quality of work together. You achieve this by keeping and monitoring the departmental planning of the projects on a daily basis. After all, proper planning is crucial to execute the projects efficiently and effectively. In addition, you support the project leaders in the realization and successful delivery of the projects. Senior Project Manager
This role leads and supports various UK&I projects, change activity and continuous improvement within the general and strategic framework of IPP.
Focusing on supporting the business to move forward in line with group strategy, divisional, regional and country requirements to the benefit of customer experience and business growth.
The role will hold responsibility for successful delivery of end-to-end change improvement and projects by effectively instilling governance and achieving standardisation of process and performance.
This role works in close collaboration with colleagues across UK&I in a growth focused environment and supports the UK Strategic Programme Manager and Business Programme Director UK&I with ensuring European alignment across all IPP Business Units.
Commercial Analyst UK&I
The Commercial Analyst is a pivotal role within IPP UK&I, responsible for collecting data relating to commercial opportunities or activities to improve our overall performance.
The primary duties include researching business processes, producing/presenting reports (with recommendations) to the company’s stakeholders and analysing the potential impact of the recommendations made.
This role is key to managing the quote processes to ensure we are offer accurate pricing and adjustments. Identify trends/variations and reporting the impacts. In addition, a key focus of this role is the analysis of complex data using software such as Excel, Power Bi or Customer engagement software and delivering accurate forecasts/detailed reporting that can be easily understood.
Head of Commercial Contracting
This is a senior role, operating as head of department within the commercial contracting function of IPP UK &I. The primary focus of this role is to take full responsibility for the commercial contracting function and work closely with customers/suppliers, relevant authorities, industry bodies/representatives, and/or other function heads of departments within and beyond the UK&I business, to ensure we are driving the business forward in line with customer requirements and strategic/tactical priorities.
This position plays a critical role in adopting and encouraging a growth mindset within the business, supporting group wide transformation projects (Project Sunrise) and the wider European alignment teams, whilst striving to achieve the company ambitions. In addition, this role is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation and review of all new ideas from concept to reality.
The role will require an energetic and enthusiastic person to motivate and drive the commercial strategy and bring it to life. This function of the business will support new business development and customer retention. Focusing on contracting, pricing, steam-lined onboarding processes, and all other commercial contracting aspects.
This role is responsible for developing IPP’s presence in the relevant and/or targeted sectors within the industry, assess and implement appropriate commercial opportunities for the business within the FMCG market.
This position is responsible for the full commercial contracting function, working within a team of head of departments to drive the business forward whilst delivering a full, end to end contracting framework.
Head of Network Operations
This is a senior management position with significant influence towards our operational performance, working closely with the operations director and the operations team alongside other department heads, to manage and strategically lead the Depot Team and the Quality Team, ensuring that the supply of pallets meets our customers’ requirements by overseeing service levels across our network of third party service providers (depots and repair centres), and outsourced manufacturers/suppliers in accordance with documented quality standards. The role also works to assimilate operational and financial data to measure performance and to assess the form propositions.
IPP is part of an international group of companies under Faber Group and it enjoys autonomy with the backing of the larger organisation. The business has been well established in the UK&I and takes an operationally and commercially dynamic approach.

Project Manager
